Description:
Two storey building with associated site works on the campus of an existing educational facility, which remained operational throughout the works.   Building consisted of windows/curtain walling and roof glazing system.   External building finishes consist of brick cladding proprietary cladding systems and self-coloured render.
Key Features:
Reinforced concrete pad foundations and concrete strip footings; concrete and blockwork rising walls and a concrete ground floor slab.
