Works carried out in a live environment on a phased basis without interruption to Client core building and included the management of entire contract including M&E, Sprinkler, Structured Cabling installation, Furniture fit out, Floor finishes, Stud partitions and plastering, roof works, structural steel, painting and decorating, cleaning, joinery. Demolition works and diversion of existing services.
