Local Authority Housing Scheme, Crèche & Community Centre.   The scheme consists of 70 no. social, affordable and voluntary single and 2 storey dwelling units.
Key Features:
The development was built on a sloping site, with maximum use of existing terrain.  The development is very community based with a mixture of young families and elderly people as tenants.  For this reason, a community centre and crèche were also constructed.  It also consists of a secure play ground and amenity area.
