Description:
In March 2006 JJ Rhatigan & Company commenced work on this mixed development. This 245,000 sq ft development consisted of;  16 Apartments, 4 townhouses, offices, retail including supermarket, crèche, medical centre, bars, restaurants and 310 underground car park spaces.
Key Features:
Because of the contour levels of the site this layered development when built meant that while the front elevation included three levels of basement, the rear elevation only had one basement level.  The plaza within Cearnog  Nua allows for two designated levels of retail units. All external walls were pre coloured render which eliminates maintaining/painting the external  façade. The residential aspect of the development was completed in excess of SEI standards i.e. Insulation, Solar Panals, 95% efficiency gas boilers.
