Description:
The development consists of the demolition of existing unit and the construction of a mixed use development with basement carparking, retail units, office and residential use and all associated services. The project included a 3,200sq m basement car park, 10 retail units, 6 offices with 11 apartments over 3 floors with lanscaped courtyards. Construction of the basement included in a bulk dig and associated temporary works comprising of under pinning existing boundary walls and shotcreting boundary.  The substructure and superstructure is RC constructed. External finishes include render, zinc, cladding, cedarwood cladding and stone cladding.
