Description:
New 3 storey 103 bedroom hotel with ancillary restaurants, bars, function room and leisure facilities with associated site works and car parking.
Key Features:
This 4 star hotel included in its leisure facilities; a 25m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym and treatment spa. The bathroom for each of the bedrooms  are offsite constructed pods. They were delivered and installed in position as the floors were completed on each level. This project was a fine achievement from the point of view of quality, programme and cost. The project was handed over, on time to a quality second to none and the final account cost did not exceed the original contract sum.
