Description:
This development consisted of traditional style 50 no. Social & Affordable Housing Units of various styles, terraced, semi-detached and detached.
Key Features:
As part of the design a new link road was incorporated into the project.  A sewage treatment plant was installed for the storm and water foul. The contract programme was 24 months, this project was completed in 20month within timescales.
