JJ Rhatigan & Company is currently recruiting a Site Manager to join our team in Dublin.
The Site Manager is central to ensuring the daily site works are performed in accordance with the project construction Programme. In conjunction with the Project Manager, Site Engineer and Construction Manager, The Site Manager will plan and review the status of the project on an ongoing basis. Ensuring all site resources (labour, machinery, materials, sub-contractors etc.) are effectively utilised and monitored, the Site Manager will strive to achieve timely completion of projects by overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, and by ensuring that the crews work to job specifications and follow drawings. Finally, s/he participates in safety/incident investigations and reviews and ensures timely responses to any safety issues. We are currently recruiting for Site Managers in Dublin.
Requirements:
Experience in the Construction Industry is essential for this role.
A relevant third level qualification is required.
