A Design & Build Project in Dublin’s inner city.

The development consists of the construction and fit out of a 2,000sq.m. office block over four floors, together with a double basement car park with parking for 69 vehicles. The four storey building was constructed and then each floor was fitted out for individual clients. Both open plan and individual office space was created, all fitted out fully with office furniture, workstations, tea stations, bespoke partitions, communication rooms and air conditioning on each floor.  Meeting rooms and conference rooms were also created with full video conferencing facilities. Each storey had raised access floors to facilitate all wiring and cabling detail.
