Description:
Construction of 31 of three different types of large modern holiday homes, 10 woodlands,  8 railway, 13 courtyard, all fitted out to client specification.  The woodlands are constructed in timber frame and cladded in cedarwood; the railway are three storey timber frame houses with the external as a combination of plastered block work and cedarwood cladding, and the courtyard are developed into block of 3 four  and five bedroom houses. All civil works were also included within the contract incorporating underground services and road works.
