The development will consist of a three storey 90 Bed Nursing Home/110 Bed Mental Facility with shared ancillary accommodation (13,051sqm).  The development will also include modification to the existing one storey Alzheimer's Unit.  Associated works will include 119 surface car parking spaces, 34 cycle spaces and the construction of an ESB substation.
