Description:
Golden island retail consists of 4no retail units (2100 sq m) to facilitate the relocation of a number of existing tenants within the scheme. The contract also includes 2no service roads, internal circulation area and car parking for 37 cars. Construction was strip footings, steel frame and Kingspan cladding, mezz floor to two of the units comprising of hollowcore and structural screed. Specialist glazing was specifically requested by the client for the headquarters.
