The majority of the site will contain a new build four storey apartment block housing sixteen apartments. The ground floor houses a commercial space with the potential to be used for a shop or small business. Also on the site is an existing house that previously formed part of a doctor\u2019s surgery. This house will undergo a major refurbishment to restore it for use as a three bedroom, semi detached family home.<br \/>\nAs part of the Design and Build contract, JJ Rhatigan &amp; Company will work alongside the client at all stages to determine their requirements and design a building to suit.<br \/>\nThe construction methods used to construct the new building consist of piled foundations, ground bearing slab, structural steel frame, SFS top floor, concrete infill metal deck upper floor slabs, part brick and part profiled zinc cladding systems.
