Block D commenced on completion of Block G. This block comprises of the design and build of a six storey building of 52 apartments (5 storey plus set back penthouse built on a podium over a basement car park).

All apartments in the development were provided with balconies. The building links into the existing basement and ground podium on its Northern and Western boundaries. The external facades to the building comprise of Techrete Panels (to match the existing panels done on Block G).
