Units A & B were initially constructed to 25,000 sq ft. Conc pad foundations / steel frame / Kingspan cladding / integrated windows, reception , office and toilet accommodation to the front of the building and open area production space to the rear.

 

Due to tenant expansion a mezz floor was constructed in the production areas in both buildings increasing the floor area to 34,000 sq ft and 28,000sq ft.
