Mixed Use development consisting of Hotel, Retail and Leisure Centre.  Office space of approximately 40,000sq.m. laid out in 5 blocks around a central square and 380 one, two and three bedroom apartments and double basement car park.  The project, designed by Anthony Reddy Associates, is due for completion in 2010 and will cost in the region of €235m.

 

Inver Geal Carrick on Shannon, Leitrim

Mixed Use Development consisting of 104 residential units, retail, cinema, office block, carpark and Marina.  Completed in March 2005 at a cost of €20m

 

Palace Fields, Tuam, Galway

Construction of 281 houses, constructed in 6 phases.  Developed to create as much open space as possible, achieved with a mixture of house designs.
Designed by Simon J Kelly & Partners, the overall development was completed in 2005 at a cost of €30m.
