JJ Rhatigan & Company has been appointed as the main contractor for the first re generation contract of it''s kind in Ireland. The project consists of the demolition, refurbishment and new build construction of St. Patricks Housing Estate, Ballina, Co. Mayo., with all ancillary and site works included in the contract.
