Description:
Construction of 43 apartments a mixture of two and three bedrooms. Also constructed were landlord areas, including canteen, kitchen, manager’s office, communal TV room.   There was also a day-care centre built on the grounds with a kitchen, canteen and workshops for disabled persons.
