2,313m² of four storey steel frame building, containing precast slab floors and a highly serviced laboratory.  The exterior is glazed and cladded.
Key Features:
The nature of the work was sensitive in relation to the chemical and biology laboratory development. Work had to be sequenced to accommodate the school year and a traffic management system was in place, as access to the site required stringent control.
