Description:
This project consists of 19000m2 gross floor space.  The project consisted of the demolition of exisiting shop and warehousing of 2000m2 on an inner city site, incorporating some asbestos removal by specialists, the refurbishment of an existing structure into three floors of office space and the construction of a large retail department store with joining offices and storage, riverfront restaurant and 21 apartments over three floors with two landscaped courtyard areas, together with a two storey underground basement car park, in close proximity to a river.
