Description:
The project consists of 19,000m2 gross floor space. This project involved the demolition of existing shop and warehousing of 2,000m2 on an inner city site, incorporating some asbestos removal by specialists, the refurbishment of an existing protected structure into three floors of office space and the construction of a large retail department store with joining offices and storage, riverfront restaurant and 21 apartments over three floors with two landscaped courtyard areas, together with a two storey underground basement car park. The project also includes the fit of a bar, currently being completed.
