This project consisted of part demolition of the existing hospital and the construction of a three storey building extension, consisting of two levels of 51 bedrooms, ground level physiotherapy, offices, canteen etc, to include associated medical facilities. The construction of a fire escape stairs to existing building, external carpark, landscaping and site works was also included.
