Description:
The main building works included the construction of a ground floor BMW and MINI showroom development, together with a 12 bay work shop and parts department. The first floor consisted of staff canteen, offices and meeting rooms. A separate wash bay and valet adjacent to the rear of the main building. The associated site work involved extensive car parking areas which consisted of 90 customer and compound car parking spaces and over 100 new and used car display spaces.
Key Features:
The building consists of a structural steel frame surrounded by a mixture of Kingspan Wall Cladding and sto render finish with frameless glazing to the main showroom. The roof is weathered using a trocall roof finish and a symphonic drainage system.
