Design and construction of part 5 and part 6 storey L-shaped building, comprised of 36 new residential units to the upper levels and 3941m² of commercial office space on the lower ground, ground, and part of the first to fourth floors.
The works also involved the Phase 2 demolition of the existing warehouse buildings which occupied the site. This development features high-quality detailing with an active street frontage and targets BREEAM Excellent.
